Returns

You may return items within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with the tag still attached.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a certain number of days.

Items not eligible for return

Some items cannot be returned, including items on sale or promotion, items marked as “final sale,” and intimate or sanitary items.

Return Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in fulfilling the order.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

How to return or exchange an item?

In-store: Visit our store directly to return the item, presenting your customer account.

Online: Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in cases of an issue related to the order or delivery.

Carefully package the item and include a note inside the parcel with your full name and order number.

Then drop off your parcel at a post office.
